Over the years, the "Sunday Crowd" have become an important part of the restaurant business, creating one of the best days for sales. However, these busy days are not always good for our servers. We recognize that, in general, Christian customers are seen as overly-needy, demanding, rude, and the smallest tippers.

We want to change that!

At Central, we are trying to break the mold of how Christian's should treat those working hard to serve us. In order for us to change your perception, we need your help.

We would like your input as to how our congregation treated you, so that we may change the perception of the "Sunday crowd." Please take a moment and take the survey.

Many of our servers have expressed an interest in some kind of spiritual exploration. We recognize that most servers are unavailable to attend a Sunday morning church experience - even if they wanted to.As part of our survey, we are looking for any interest that you may have in a spiritual discussion that fits your time schedule - there is no obligation on your part. This is not a "bait and switch" scheme...we are not asking you to join our church or attend any kind of meeting.
